Oversee the power plant's activities to ensure that the plant production meets the business objectives, manage all daily operations of the plant to meets production requirement and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our business expectations1. Increasing production/assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards2. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping3. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results4. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus5. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions6. To comply with all safety regulations including isolation, lock out and tag out system must be implemented14. Emergency procedures in order to personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices to restore the equipment back to available to handle any emergency.
