Currently, I am working at Unilever Pakistan as a Customer Handler. In this role, I address product-related concerns, create detailed cases, and escalate them to Unilever’s main head office for further assistance. I also lead a team, ensuring high performance and efficient issue resolution. The supportive and collaborative environment at Unilever Pakistan has significantly contributed to my professional growth and success.Previously, I worked as a Career Consultant at Career Consultants Inc. (CCI), where I developed dynamic and user-friendly applications for career guidance and development. Utilizing MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js, I built responsive web interfaces and tools such as the Career Path Finder, Resume Builder, and Job Portal, which increased user engagement and satisfaction by over 50%.I am also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at BBSUL Karachi, where I am gaining a solid foundation in computer and information sciences. My coursework includes programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Python, as well as database management systems like MySQL and MS Access. Additionally, I completed a six-month CIT course from IBA University, acquiring proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.Passionate about learning and technology, I am focused on becoming a full-stack developer.
