As Document Controller:Being responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments. Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards. Organizing, tracking, and distributing documents to ensure that the right version of a document is available to the right people at the right time. Scanning and Uploading all the documents digitally so that it is easily accessible to everyone, and also provide it on-the-need basis if not available.Coordinating with salesmen so that they access to the invoices, purchase orders etc. updated in their folders or let them know if the p.o.ds have not been received yet. Access specific files when requested by different departments as well as control the flow of documents in and out of the department.As Assistant-SALES COORDINATOR: Orchestrated seamless communication between production, warehouse, and other key departments to streamline product delivery processes.Guaranteed timely order readiness for dispatch, adeptly coordinating with logistics providers to ensure efficient deliveries.Proficient in generating and managing invoices and delivery notes within an ERP system, maintaining accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
