Duties and Responsibilities:• Reporting to Techline about technical problems through CIR. Monthly reporting to management and Escalation about new concerns.• Systematic competency training for technicians and workshop team about Product/ Service repair/ Running Repair & Diagnostics.• Coordination with Quality/ Engineering departments to resolve technical problems.• Provide Propper guidance to Technicians from Dialogys and InfoTech portal.• Technical expertise in Programming, Engine/Transmission, Electrical/Electronics & Mechanisms by Clip Tool & Consult 3+• Conduct In House Technical Training for Colleagues

Duties and Responsibilities:• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, airconditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair• Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provideaccurate repair recommendations• Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety• Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify the soundness• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records
