With 22 years of dedicated service at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, I am acknowleged as an adept specialist in youth and community development, bolstered by a strong project management background and armed with a PhD in Sociology, I am exceled in conceptualizing, executing, and evaluating initiatives addressing prevalent social and economic challenges in Jordanian communities. As the former Head of the Initiatives Design and Development Section, I led a dynamic team in formulating initiatives aligned with national priorities in cooperation with the private sector. His expertise spans SMEs cluster development, grants management, poverty alleviation, employability, community and youth work and policy analysis. Recently I have joined the family of the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD) as the Senior Director of Programs Coordibations.My approach is driven by a passion for creating positive and sustainable change, and I apply strategic planning, active stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based decision-making processes to my work.
