The project was awarded to OHL industrial / Mid Contracting JV under LS turn-key job.In addition to the role of representing Mid Contracting in the JV, below are the main tasks that were part of my duties in the JV hierarchy:- Managing and leading the project construction, commissioning and trial operation activities- Leading the multi‐nationality project’s team and subcontractors’ overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables to secure the successful delivery of the project- Ensure the implementation and adhering to the HSE and Quality plans during the development of the site activities- Ensure having the deliverables of the project from the designer on timely manner with the best engineering practice, and triggering the best ideas of Value Engineering- Initiate and finalizing the sign‐off the project’s Taking Over Certificate

Full responsibility on proposals and bids preparation and submission, and after award negotiation with strategic partners and vendors
