I was primarily in charge of accomplishing the following duties: Maintain electronic databases that contain data for trucks and what materials they carryand ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling and forecasting, as well as maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests. Arrange fleets and fleets operational staff to provide support and schedule for the work plan and oversee routine and ad-hoc maintenance as well as monitor fuel purchase system Plan, process and execute vehicle and drivers’ recruitments and make sure that the needed products are stocked in a timely manner.  Oversee other warehouse workers and manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment as well as monitoring workplace performance.

Contributing in drafting and improving home visit SOP. Manage day-to-day operations of the Health Care Clinic. Maintain health records, documenting each patient contact, and update patient profiles. Prepares patients for examination and treatment by escorting them from the waiting area to the exam room and taking histories and vital signs. Contacting the patients in advance, confirming the visit time and place. Contact local police and community leaders at areas that MSF teams are visiting for their security and safety. Conduct patient education sessions and present them with medical instructions concerning their medical results. Conduct regular awareness sessions, for example: on hygiene promotion and disease prevention. Doing Maintenance orders for medical devices, stationary and medical orders. Gain an understanding of how MSF is perceived by health professionals, the population, and relevant actors (political, armed groups, religious authorities). Patients Data collection and analysis. Attending other NGOs meetings and providing them with a brief about the followed health system at MSF and building linkages with other health service providers for information sharing and referral purposes Know, apply and make sure universal hygiene standards and security rules are respected for medical premises, routing of patients, routing of linen. Ensure a sepsis rules during all nursing cares. Carry out when necessary, a therapeutic education of the patient (and family) using a patient-based approach. Maintain registers and files up to date at all times, and enter all pertinent information. Participate in the medical team meeting for exchanging information on the state of the patients.
