JOB DESCRIPTION:• At the stock-taking times to assist the accounts team with the physical stocktaking on monthly based inventory.• Executes the location store function related to the ordering, issuing, receiving, registering, and storing of all products.• Check all incoming/issuing goods for quality, quantity, brand, origin expiry, and cost price, and advise the concerned person of any discrepancies. • Ensures that the assistant storekeeper and helpers issue the stock with an expiry first date.• Inform the Location Incharge / Project Operation Coordinator on matters relating to non-movement of stock, shortages received, and short expiry stock.• Follows up the daily / weekly delivery schedule to ensure an efficient delivery service. • Ensures receiving/issuing documents to/from location duly certified and in the right time.• Maintains and updates the UCC Software’s “MyCom & Dynamics 365“system entries on daily basis related to receiving of supplies and order of items to supplies• Ensures that the UCC Food Safety Management System is strictly implemented and maintained by receiving & rejecting the deliveries as per the standards and maintained the records• Maintains the highest possible standards of personal hygiene• Implement the FIFO (First in First Out) system within the store• Ensure the timely collection of sewage drain water from the main hose on every alternate day• Coordinating with the outsourced supplier to maintain the skip area used oil stock clearance and maintain LPG stock etc.• Check the daily based requisition for issuance of raw material as per the location man-day’s/menu• Promote communication in the kitchen that leads to productivity.• Prepare the duty roast and vocation plan of the staff under the supervision of the kitchen coordinator. • Spot check the dispatch timings are met to prevent delays for customers, as well as cross-checking the food items with the menus• Prepare the record and reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis
