Incident Notification to Higher managements following the Hierarchy and Customer management. Maintain regular interaction with other teams including Transmission NOC, Data NOC, Video NOC, and Switching. Liaise with the NOC, Enterprise NOC, Power NOC and Field maintenance team for faster resolution. Update progress to stakeholders based on escalation matrix using detailed reports and presentations to enable effective decision making. Work with other departments to find solutions to address common issues or support needs in areas of key performance. Special reports on Ramadan and Hajj Guarantee Projects/Areas to all stakeholders. Implement the right processes and practices across the team to make a good and safe work environment. Manage incidents and network performance within SLA's, OLA's and KPI's. Focus on resolution and reporting of network incidents based on various SLA parameters including managing disaster recovery. Show less
