● Voice of Customer● Perform Investigations on Customer Issues and prepare 8D Report● Assure parts Quality● Assist plant issues related to quality of Sunroof parts● Perform New Model launch activities including review of full Sunroof drawing, Gauge design review, create PA documents for Customer (Inspection Standard, Gauge Concept, MQC, G R&R, Process Capability Studies, Process Confirmation, Sample Data sheets, Work Instructions etc)● Review Supplier PPAPs for new model.● Perform Process Change requests and prepare documentations.● Review daily measurement data of mass production parts & perform measurements when required.

● Communicate with suppliers regarding all issues and concerns● Investigate issues and request counter measures from suppliers● Provide support to specialists of all commodities for any investigation, PCR, PPAP● Collect data, create work instructions and check sheets for receiving inspection of critical suppliers● Arrange and facilitate meetings with suppliers● Review all documentations submitted by supplier before reviewing it with QA team● Keep record of all supplier issues, counter measures and data received● Collaborate with other departments (PC and QC) to ensure a smooth run of new sort and inspection.

● Calibration/verification of measurement tools/gauges● Deal with suppliers regarding required tools/ gauges and for the calibration of in-house gauges ● Maintenance and verification of sub-assembly and finished goods gauges● Inspection/testing of manufactured products (Finished Goods and Raw material)● Weld testing/ etching of door frames and Roll Form parts● Collect and maintain data records and reports● Create and update Work Instructions and PM Check sheets for gauges● Investigate/measure parts requested by quality specialists using 3D scanner and microscope

● Inspection of door frames, mouldings, sunroof and power back door● Gauging of doorframes, power back doors, sunroofs and sub-assemblies● Do weld destructs of doorframes and mirror brackets● Check for bad welds, measurement issues, levelness, sizes of welds and check the destructs● Prepare and save the data readings● Inform ME and supervisors about the problems on time while measuring the parts to solve the problems

● Work as team member in different assembly lines.● Do JKK (make sure the standard of the quality of the item produced is as per as the final product quality)● Detect any defective parts, bad welds and dents● Measure and inspect all the materials used and produced in line● Report any errors, defects or non-conformities● Trained new trainees to produce high quality products as per the AISIN standard
