Job Responsibility:• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after sales services with proper customer service.• Recording orders and sales of the day and send it details to regional head office.• Meeting sales target, Coach, mentor and motivate sales team & determining price. • Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments & giving feedback on sales trend.• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.Major Achievement:• Leading the sales, marketing & business development at Gazipur area with a team of 14 people. • Recruited 3 new distributors & nurtured a total 5 distributors to boost up the sales from 4748 outlets • Promoted & sold Rupchada branded oil, Mizan Pum Oil, Rice, Sunflower oil & 7 different products. • Achieved sales target of BDT 2 crore per months at Gazipur & was selected as the best TM in 2017. • Worked at Mymensing & Netrokona region till 2017 & supervised a team of 17 people • Nurtured total 8 distributors who sold the products from 7500 outlets at the assigned area.
