Managing the projects in the domain of exhaust gas treatment (Selective catalytic reduction) from initial requirements to delivery. The responsibility included the following but not limited to,* Requirement Gathering and Technical Clarifications* Multi-site (Bangalore, Coimbatore and Stuttgart) team management * Stakeholder Management – Identify stakeholders, understand their expectations and priorities and manage the same.* Scope management – Poll stakeholders and gather requirements. Ensure appropriate functioning of CCB (Change Control Board) to avoid Scope creep and to ensure all project requirements are taken into account.* Time Management – Size and Effort Estimation, Create WBS, Milestone analysis, Schedule Development, Usage of appropriate Schedule compression techniques to meet milestones – Crashing, Fast Tracking.* Quality Management – Query and evaluate the quality expectations and define QA and QC for the project.
