Maintenance and upkeep of iSAMS (Management Information System), creating academic udata analysis reports – including GCSE, AS & A2 Level results analysis. Create, manage and oversee the publishing of school reports for over 2400 pupils, for a family of 4 schools. In liaison with the Leadership Team, assist with critical updates of the academic timetables and subject settings.Ensure staff are relevantly trained when entering data into assessment recording systems and act as a key point of contact for user queries on all aspects of connected systems.

• Provide training and support for all IT systems used by staff at the school;Computer Network, SMART Boards, Microsoft Office 365, Fedena, Classroom Monitor and 2Simple, and Evidence Me.• Responsible for School Data Management, School Reports and Examinations; internal and external assessments; CEM InCAS, Cambridge Checkpoints, TIMSS and PIRLS international assessments.• Setting up and creating school timetables.• Implementation and training of School Management System and parent communication portal.• Implement and support the school Virtual Learning Environment as required.• Plan for major developments of the ICT service and project manage their implementation of the new school.• In conjunction with the SMT, develop ICT strategically within the school to achieve a safe and efficient ICT environment for staff and students.• Implementing Strategic Marketing plans for the school launch and updating social media network sites with relevant and up to information.• Oversee the school website and social network applications.• Working in a team to create digital content and publish on social media platforms.• Support the full range of financial planning for ICT, through the identification, planning and costing of all future developments and upgrades to achieve best value for the school.• Create and update relevant IT-related policies for the school.
