At PMAM IT Services, I utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath to efficiently handle bank reconciliation processes for multiple clients throughout the US. This includes managing tasks such as account closing, invoicing, and payment collections. Additionally, my expertise lies in conducting billing preview verification, performing random verifications of final invoices, and generating OPCL statements. Furthermore, I am proficient in reconciling CC statements and cross-verifying actual checks with bank statements to identify any non-clearance processes.Within my present role, I worked along with key stakeholders to map the process and develop an agreement on the required procedures leveraging my team leadership skills. Also, I ensure that monthly account summary reports are sent to clients accurately and on time.
