• Provide Secretarial and Admin Assistance to Group Director HR
• To coordinate with the Group Director and internal/external persons and accordingly schedule time in day for required appointments
• Handling Pre Meeting Requisites – Documents, Presentations etc.
• Managing internal mailing list and announcements and message broadcast to appropriate groups.
• Daily scanning of email and action all correspondence & communication pertaining to the Group Director’s office. In the absence of the Group Director, monitoring this correspondence, classifying & prioritizing it and.
• Custodian of various HR meeting papers which includes Board meeting/ESOP Comm docs, various presentations, resumes & other important docs. Maintaining an efficient retrieval system of documents for quick review.

• Management of meetings for the Vice President. (Both Internal and External).
• Managing the daily schedule for the Vice President including the schedule of the visitors.
• Drafting of agenda/minutes of the meeting(s).
• Independent correspondence both, internal and external to the office.
• Travel Management (co-ordinate with the travel desk for visa / air tickets / hotel and to make sure everything is in order).
• Expense Management for the Vice President and for the team members in the department.
