In Water Division: Interacting with distributor to ensure proper distribution width and depth in the retail outlets. Increase sales and profitability by focusing on premium products. Identifying opportunities and developing new consumer durable outlets, referrals, company lead generation and cold calls. Training the team members on visibility, up selling, cross selling, generating leads at retail counters.Building the clinic stream by tying up with all the doctors in the western track by setting up pureit corner in their clinics.In Modern Trade: Handling order inputs, co-ordinating with stock planners and supply management team at branch office to facilitate smooth dispatches from C&FA. Generating orders based on CRS, ensuring FIFO at the warehouses, width of distribution of consumer promotion packs to customers. Building relationships with the customers, offtake generation at the retail stores, merchandising, designing promotional activities and promotion material.In Main lines (Detergents business): Delivering assigned targets with the help of distributor team. Focus on width & depth of distribution in rural and urban markets in the assigned territory. Improving Salesman productivity by measuring the lines sold, in shop merchandising, effective coverage, window displays, designing beat plans. Ensure healthy distributor ROI.
