 Work closely with the current Child Maintenance Regulation 2012 and provide interpretation of parts of the Regulation to caseworkers.  Provided interpretation to caseworkers and senior management in meetings.  Provide clarity into areas of the Regulation that caseworkers are unsure of by assessing previous decisions and provide a report regarding the accuracy of the caseworkers’ findings.  Drafted analysis reports for individual/teams relating to any discrepancies found when completing assurances.  Conduct meetings with senior management after providing analysis of teams’ accuracy rates and aim to improve accuracy by regular feedback sessions.  Deliver presentations to teams to drive increased accuracy rates that are set nationally throughout the Departments.  n communication with other DWP offices by holding consistency telekit meetings and provide feedback and work on finding solutions in a more concise way of interpreting HMRC law and Child Maintenance Regulations.  Formulated payment agreements with a range of directors’ transactions such as financial reviews of annual dividend income.
