As an intern, I received training on the various processes and techniques involved in casting aluminum. This includes understanding the machinery and equipment (SCM,AICM,ICM etc.) used in the cast house.I observed and assist experienced professionals in the cast house to gain hands-on experience in casting operations. They gave me a brief idea about safety protocols and quality standards , material handling, quality control, data analysis, troubleshooting .An internship in the cast house at Hindalco would offer valuable hands-on experience in the aluminum manufacturing industry, providing a foundation for a potential career in this field.
