As a Principal Service Technology Engineer I am working with Business Systems and Integrations (BSI) department to design and develop eSupport tools which facilitate the delivery of electronic services to our customers and improve the efficiency of PTC's customer strategy departments. As a part of BSI group I also design and develop tools which are used by different Customer Strategy departments. Also as a Principal engineer my job is to mentor and lead the junior team, monitor their work, enforce proper use of development standards and work with business to provide technical solutions and convert the business requirement into the technical requirements.Recent Projects at PTC:eSupport Portal Migration:As a part of PTC eSupport migration project to Sitecore platform I was responsible for designing and architecting whole migration project. Projects at Sogeti:P&G (Material Classification Technology Tool): While working on this project we developed a tool where supplier of P&G can submit there material details using the same. This tool is single sing on application. Each user can see only his/her data. All the front end of the tool was developed using java, jsp, servlets and ajax technology. Backend was in Oracle. Projects at ITC:Flex PLM:Worked on Flex PLM 5.0/6.0 which is based on Windchill technology. Flex PLM is mainly used for Footwear and Apparel Industry. Worked with R & D department on testing of Flex PDM 6.0/6.1 using Jmeter 2.0. Also worked on customization of Flex 6.0 which involved JSP Overriding, Client side plugins, ServerSidePluins. Technologies used: JSP, Oracle, Java, Tomcat, LDAP, Javascript, DB2, Windchill technologyNCR Technology:Developed GOM Search Application based on Ematrix Technology. This application searches available global opportunities for the employees of NCR. Also developed customize client_side_plugins which involved creating new JSPs and overriding existing JSPs. Technologies used: JSP, Oracle, Java, Tomcat, LDAP, JavaScript, Ematrix technology Ethicon Inc:Worked on Enhancement of Sales Representative Search Application. This search application searches available Sales Representative based on the values entered on the search page. Designed, developed and tested the application.
