Basis on different scenarios and Documented research analyst review an alert and decision them to place a No Fraud or to hold a transaction. Understanding of SWIFT Message. Trained on to identify various types of fraud such as Lost and Stolen, Account Takeover, OLB Compromised Counterfeit Card, Cheque Fraud and Money Laundering. Completed the target within aligned average handling time, as well as be measured on decision accuracy Ensured and Delivered the established KPIs. As a governance activity to avoid any fraud, customer account balance as well as secondary liens are scrutinized ensuring complains with the policies and procedure as well as applicable regulatory requirement.
