The technologies we service are IT Infrastructure, Mobile Technologies, Cloud & Big Data Solutions.Primary duties involved recruiting appropriate candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire job orders.Managing/Training/Developing a team of recruiters while providing ongoing coaching and mentoring. Responsible to gather and close critical requisitions for our esteem clients in the stipulated time frames.Directly supervised a team of recruiters.Recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.Focusing on Business Development activities, Account Management & Recruitment life cycle for the USA and campus hiring.Handling the complete Overseas Market placements, i.e. Canada, USA,.Understanding the Technicalities of the Requirement & Analyzing the Client's Requirements & Needs.Trained the team in sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing and closing hard to find candidates.Preliminary Screening/shortlisting the right Qualitative Profile against the given requirement.Maintained excellent relations with current clients. Also created marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain potential clients.Utilized various sourcing resources, including but not limited to internal applicant tracking systems, hiring sessions, job boards, universities/colleges, job fairs, networking, user groups,etc.Successfully handled drives for various clients.Successfully handled various college campus recruitment drive.
