PENNY.Job Responsibilities:QUALITY& PRODUCTION Coordinated and developed new product design in collaboration engineering staff. Checking of final CFM before sending to customer as per the required specification. Finalizing size sets& all show boards and sequence of operations for all deptt. before sending it for final production. Making preproduction with production team and checking the bottle necks of quality during production and to make lock and key process for that. Implemented root cause and corrective actions to remove production constraints and improve product quality. Coordinating closely with quality control supervisors regarding product upgrading and awaiting dispositions. Supervised production schedules, production quality and on time delivery and Established and adjusted work procedures to meet production schedules. Reviewed production orders, schedules, delivery dates and inventory levels to determine product availability and sourcing Raw material.
