Anchoring a Functional team for a Project for current system study, detailed requirement gathering, solution scoping and process consulting for implementation of core banking system ( Finacle ) for the banks spread across geographies like Africa, South America, Middle East.As a part of role, following activities are also being carried out. Participation in Change Management and Project Management Activities Development of Data Models and Process models to help analyse requirements using tools like ARIS and Microsoft Visio Development of Requirement Traceability Matrixes for correlating functional requirements with design modules and test requirements Collaboration with bank and third party vendors to ensure uniformity in the processes across several systems. Contribution to Test Strategy for the project by participating in development of the test cases Participation in System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Simulation Runs Creation of repository for Business Process Re-engineering involving various modules like Deposits, Operations, Trade Finance and Customer Relationship Management. Creation Knowledge Management Documents and Re-usable Artifacts based on Industry Trends Mentoring and grooming of resources in the projects.

Consolidation and finalization for the Budgets for the Bank Preparation of the Budget for the Cost and Budget Group Cost Analysis, Implementation of Cost saving initiatives and related MIS Preparing SOX procedures for the Group and ensuring the adherence for the same Auditing the processing of the Expenses Bills incurred for the Bank Was Functional and Process consultant for the Bill Process and Payment SystemAs a Branch Operations Manager, Kolhapur Branch, leading and guiding a team of 25+ members Managing and controlling the all day to day retail banking, channel and transaction based operations in the Branch. Ensuring smooth co-ordination between other branches as well as other departments, regional, zonal, subsidiary offices of the Bank. Audit, Inspection and regulatory functions including analytical reports and presentations for the zonal and Central Office Relationship Banking with HNI and Corporate Customer Implementation of various projects and initiatives like Dynamic Queue Management, Six Sigma, CRISP ( Cash received in sealed Packages ). Kolhapur was the FIRST BRACH in ICICI for implementation of CRISP as well as launching Loan Against Gold product successfully.
