● Automation Projects:o Key role in development of in-house billing automation tool with an objective to reduce manual intervention and chances of errorso Seating capacity management automation in-house tool for workflow management & external tool for data repository & floor maps● Preparation of invoice on monthly basis on BD-1 basis inputs from all LOB’s● Preparation of future outlook i.e. SLA forecast keeping existing run-rate and historical trend in mind along with stakeholders inputs● Capacity management for optimum utilization of seats basis availability and requirements so as to ensure smooth functioning of processes● Revenue, HC & Capacity reporting to management to discuss current situation & future outlook and concern areas and suggestions for continuous improvement

● Understanding client's business unit targets and preparing revised financial guidance, i.e. updated budget and forecast, as required to reflect changing business outlook● Independently engaging with the client to communicate project updates, key findings, and analysis● Vendor management for client with the aim of cost reduction/optimization● Invoice verification for vendors and highlighting the disconnects to client for rectification

● Organizing walkthrough and knowledge transfer sessions of business requirements to technical team for development of iRFS tool to automate the forecasting process● Sales Bonus automation for the timely payout with accuracy● Persistent interaction with multiple teams to convert UBR into BR then finally into billing● Reconciliation between numbers of sales organization & delivery organization to reach at final forecast● Preparation of annual budget keeping in view the past trend, current stream line & pipeline opportunities● Validation & approval of booking claims as per company norms
