Support the work of engineering to improve current products and ensure new products are of the highest quality. • Drive year-on-year improvements in design and manufacturing quality through developmental stages of the product lifecycle while interacting with multiple engineeringdisciplines and the wider business.• Preparing the Standard Operating Procedures for all theprocesses.• Finalize the process and Control Plan, FMEA for newdeveloping products. Maintaining unity in testing record & result and perform the Reliability Tests for product validation. • Engage with cross-functional team members to improve the manufacturability of product design which will improve the efficiency of the shop and fabrication of parts, assemblies, and installations during the appropriate design phase, resulting from established methods and performance analysis.
