Currently, as Head of Retail & Consumer Goods Industries for Google Cloud, I lead the industry strategy, execution, product solutions and go-to-market for the retail & consumer across Asia Pacific & Japan. Working at the intersection of consumer, technology & retail, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with top enterprises & brands, helping them to scale & accelerate, drive innovation & enable digital transformation. I am passionate about building technology led sustainable and profitable business ventures which can create an economic impact at scale. I continue to work with start-ups & early stage growth firms within the retail & consumer goods ecosystem, helping them drive operational value creation and accelerated growth in Asia. Before this, as Managing Director, I led the Asia Pacific & Japan region for a leading PE backed software firm in the Retail & Consumer domain focusing on AI & Computer vision solutions. Prior to this, I was the Global Domain Leader for Retail & Distribution industries for Hewlett Packard where I led the WW Sales, Strategy, Technology platforms, Partner ecosystem and execution around Retail, CPG & Distribution industries. As General Manager- Industry Verticals & IoT, I also led the Manufacturing & Distribution, Consumer, Energy, Travel & Transportation industries across global, commercial & enterprise accounts in APAC with a focus on Digital Transformation, Hybrid IT, Cloud Services, Big Data, Mobility & Security, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0I have led senior leadership roles across industries managing diverse businesses in complex markets in large enterprises as well as early stage startups .
