Process Knowledge ❖ Direct Channel• Preparation of Incentive, Contest & Goal sheet reports for entire FLS & above level.• Ensuring regular updates are published to sales team to drive business.• Preparing final reports & ensuring timely payouts are processed.• Sharing payout files with finance to validate the cost against provision.• Reconciliation of incentive data for archival & review purpose.• Resolving queries of sales team logged through Employee helpdesk & Emails.

Process knowledge ❖ Administration• Processing of reimbursement bills for employees.• Processing of vendor bills & payments for partners.• Publishing MIS reports with the management.• Providing support to business traveller on foreign exchange currency for both International & Domestic.• Providing support on International & Domestic claims settlement for employees.• Reconciliation of monthly payout for audit purpose.
