 Planning, Scheduling & Summarizing Projects present in all over India. Sending Targets on sites. Tracking issues & involve in escalation Part. Providing MIS report i.e. activity status report & site status report.  Getting the quotations from Suppliers. Follow up with Vendors for quotations and material and timely procurement. Negotiation with the suppliers and development of new vendors as per project requirement. Timely procurement of the material as per project requirement. Receiving of material as per PO and Inspection of material. Billing and collection tracking. Planning for billing, Making of Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoice, Delivery Challans. Dispatch: Planning for Logistics, Tracking of Material  Collection of Payment from customers,  Tracking payment of Suppliers Study, Prepare and filling the tender documents as per terms and conditions. Assisting project head for preparing entire business plan for the financial year.

RF survey and its report generation. RF site survey includes following activities: a. Collect list of Nominals to be surveyed, from the customer. In case of new town surveys where Nominals are not provided, Aster will survey the town and provide a nominal for suitable site location b. Use the survey report template forwarded by the customer c. Identify physical location of the proposed nominal and locate 3 candidates (maximum) for each nominal, as per search ring size suggested by the customer d. Survey the site for RF suitability e. Record Latitude and Longitude, building height etc. of the proposed candidates f. Estimate and provide required GSM Antenna heights and orientation, proposed tower / pole location (s) will also be marked on a rough sketch of the building (rooftop) or ground site (for each candidate) g. Take site photographs (360 degrees panoramic view and building / site elevation) for each candidate as given in the survey template by you h. Record physical addresses of the candidates and site owner / manager contact details. i. Complete the Site Survey Candidate evaluation report. Done IBS benchmarking. Report generation of Drive Test using tools such as MapInfo Professional, Atoll, Eye Spot.Worked on following projects: (I) RF Survey for Vodafone, Loop Mobile, Reliance & Ericson at Mumbai and ROM.
