In 2018, ThreadSol solutions were acquired by Coats, the largest industrial thread manufacturer in the world under the software division Coats Digital.I was working in Threadsol since it's inception till it's acquisition by Coats. As a Head of Finance my responsibility was to look after entire legal, tax, reporting, investor relations and treasury matters. Being a Singapore based company with a subsidiary in India, this also gave me opportunity to tackle International laws and taxation.

Cofiser color solutions Private Limited is authorized agency of dulux paints (Akzo Nobel) in it's Professional Painting Services. As an agency, cofiser is responsible for complete accounting,taxation,billing,collection, AR, AP etc. of dulux PPS. This was a turn key project where Cofiser was responsible for end to end outsourcing of Finance and Tax Function on a Pan India Basis for an industry vertical.
