Provided product/operational consultative and project management services to Fidelity’s distribution, asset management and operational divisions. Began as a Director of Institutional Product Operations and later selected to be a founding member of the Global Product Solutions Custom Team, responsible for more complex product support and development. Responsible for the design/launch of new collective investment vehicles, as well as the implementation of institutional client accounts. Products include a wide range of fixed income, equity, and alternatives with various investment strategies. Successfully on-boarded ~800 new institutional accounts totaling more than ~$14B in AUM. Oversaw ~$8B of in-kind asset transitions. Administered and drove the development of the significant cash flow program aimed at protecting existing investors from material transaction costs.Led a project team to develop a new operating model for fixed income sub-advised business distributed by Fidelity’s international distribution channels.A key leader responsible for product and operational design of the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC). In 2022, under my product operations leadership, the spot bitcoin exchange-trade-fund was tested and announced "operationally ready". Work included detailed end-to-end operational process flows and associated testing. Product development required entirely new crypto related processes (e.g., bitcoin trade instruction, routing, custody) and integration with brand new large-scale systems. Later upon SEC approval, FBTC, would be launched among the first ever spot bitcoin exchange-traded-products in the United States. FBTC accumulated >$10B AUM within 3 months of launch.

Oversaw both product and compliance (e.g., 38a-1, 206(4)-7) related risk assessments, control testing and remediation. Lead cross-enterprise projects, including a 70 person working team to develop operational playbooks for various market disruption events.

The build consisted of various key risk programs, such as business continuity planning, anti-money laundering, privacy, governance, Sarbanes Oxley, risk assessments, and incident escalation. Pulled into key initiatives outside current job role, such as managing various planning efforts to expand portfolio management, research analysis and distribution capabilities to Asia.
