Responsible for managing data across a number of concurrent academic and clinical trials throughout all trial phases; including initial academic trials and phase three clinical trials. Activities include data queries, data reconciliation, data processing, data transfers and data cleaning amongst others. Data management activities are conducted throughout all stages of the trial, from study set-up to study close-out.As all study data is collected using eCOA and EDC software, responsibilities also include assisting in the set up and testing phase of the respective software, managing access to each platform, providing live telephone and email support to all study users, and locking the study database during study closeout.

Working within an office environment, I was assigned to collate and assemble myriad forms of data from customer complaints using a wide array of previously unfamiliar systems to make a fair and reasonable judgement in relation to customer complaints. This experience enabled me to develop invaluable skills, such as time management in relation to effectively and consistently hitting targets and the importance of proficiency when dealing with a customer’s complaint correctly. During my time here, I attended several managerial meetings discussing the efficacy of our methodological approach and I was also acknowledged for several awards in recognition for my teamwork and accuracy in delivering a fair outcome for the customer.
