Providing remote support assistance for users from APAC, EMEA, Americas regions. Installation of Windows Server 2003/20008/2012, Creating Active Directory and Domain, Implementation of group policy as per the organization. Working & resolving issues for Office365, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft One Drive and SharePoint Online. Resolving issues related to exchange, user mailbox & Outlook. Working on platform like OKTA to provide secure identity management, Single Sign-On & multifactor authentication for various applications.  Perform AD related tasks such as user account creation, account removal, account modification, group membership management.  Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Working on Remedy & Autotask ticketing tools for tickets raised by users. Working on Autotask for inventory management, monitoring, service desk & remote assistance. Applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. Upgrade and configure system software, Applications and Operating Systems as necessary. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Coordinating with different vendors for procurement of IT equipment’s and server related issues for all offices across the globe. Installation and periodical scanning of client systems from antivirus software like Trend Micro, Crowd Strike & Malwarebytes for system protection against threats like malwares, Trojans, viruses and malicious software.
