As the Head of IS Audit at Aditya Birla Capital, one of India's leading financial services companies, I lead and manage a team of IS auditors who execute risk-based IS audits across various business units and functions of the company. I have a CISA certification and over 20 years of experience in Technology Audits, Information Security, and Technology Risk Management.My mission is to provide assurance and recommendations to the top management and the Board of the company on the effectiveness and adequacy of the information security and technology infrastructure controls. I also prepare and review audit checklists and reports, and ensure closure of all audit findings. I have successfully led and delivered multiple IS audits that covered areas such as information security policies and procedures, network and system security, access controls, data protection, IT governance, and business continuity. I am passionate about enhancing the information security and technology infrastructure controls of the company, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in the IS audit process.
