Doctorate (Organic Chemistry) degreed Organic Chemist with 10+ years of experience in the synthesis of small molecules, Medicinal Chemistry and synthetic methodology. Handling of moisture and air-sensitive reactions for the multi step organic synthesis.(using Glove box) Specialized in Process Chemistry. Large scale synthesis of antibiotic compounds. (>50 grams) Reactions were handled from few milligrams to 100 grams scale. Purification of organic compounds by using column chromatography, Prep-TLC, Prep-Hplc etc. Characterizations of compounds by NMR spectroscopy, LC-MS, GC-MS, HRMS and IR etc.Radiochemist with 5 years of experience in radio labeling small molecules for the potential preclinical research. Synthesis of precursors for the subsequent radio-labeling steps. Excellent problem-solving skills. Bulk of my experience in handling radioisotopes such as 13N, 18F, 11C etc. Specialized in radiolabeling methodology development and radiotracer production under GMP regulation for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative disease. Experience with fully automated synthesis with GE TRACERlabTM FX-N Pro module. Development of Photoredox 18F radiofluorination. (Deoxyfluorination) for the potential preclinical and clinical studies. Prepares written reports on all phases of laboratory and/or field experimental work with limited direction. Experience in writing technical documents using templates, long-term strategic goals and SOP systems. Skilled in purification of radioactive compounds by using semi-preparative Hplc.
