Applying for prenotification number for the shipment before arriving in port. ➢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.➢ Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to optimize procurement processes. ➢ Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives. ➢ Negotiated pricing and credit terms for products from suppliers to secure optimal pricing and keep costs low. ➢ Collecting quotation from suppliers and reviewing, comparing and analyzing the product and services to be purchased. ➢ Preparing Quality/Tech. Analyzing Sheet of products to be purchased for Technical Department approval. ➢ Preparing Pricing Comparison Sheet to company CEO for final Approval. ➢ Maintain Tracking Report of all Purchase Request and Purchase Order status to submit Supply Chain Director. ➢ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as delivery times, payment Terms and product ranges Etc. ➢ Coordinate with Shipping line and Customs clearance agent for import product to track and ensure that shipment done Saber Certification, Documents are correct until reach the store.
