Created surveys on Qualtrics and newsletters on Mailchimp. I also set up ZenDesk account (online forum) to communicate with prospective students. - In charge of Alumni Relations for the Department of Management which entailed communicating with alumni, gathering data on their career progression and inviting them to give guest lectures.- Database and event management (invitations, catering and logistic support).
