working for EMERSON PROCESS MANAGMENTProject- Integrated Refinery Expansion Project for BPCL Kochi, IndiaScope - Emerson DCS and SIS Logic (Delta V), graphics Development and Documentation, loop Testing, Commissioning FAT/ SAT, On- site programming.Work Responsibilities-• Well Versed P&ID reading, Loop identification & Functionality.• GA, IA and PD drawing check with panel, power on and BOM checking.• OPC communication for third party data transfer.• SIS (Safety Integrated System) & DCS (Distributed Control System) logic development in Emerson Delta V software & its testing for VGO,NHT,UCR Group• CEM (Cause & Effect matrix) and MOS(Maintenance Override Switch) Graphics development & its interlinking with SIS logic for VGO,NHT,UCR Group• Complex loop, cascade, split range, shadow module created in Delta v software. • SIS/DCS I/O assignment, Cabinet Resistor drawings, Loop database, SIS Point database, Function Schematic, logic diagram preparation as per customer inputs. • Working in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Word software. • Successfully completed Factory Acceptance (FAT) procedures including loop checking & SIS logic (Vendor Package, process interlock), graphics testing in online mode with customer for VGO, NHT-ISOM group.Project- DCS for Augmentation of LPG/PROPANE/ BUTANE for Indian oil petronce private limited, haldia- West Bengal,IndiaScope- Emerson DCS and SIS Logic, graphics Development and Documentation, loop Testing, communication,On-site Commissioning / SATWork Responsibilities--Loop testing, Pre-Commissioning, commissioning for flash gas double stage compressor.-SIS and DCS logic development as per site requirements in Emerson Delta V-Cause and effect matrix, process graphic development-serial communication with Bently Nevada system-Hotfix installation for SLS,SIS net repeater

• Knowledge of pneumatic, Hydraulic system, electrical panel, SPM hardware.• PLC Logic Development, Simulation and testing of various Automation Projects.• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.• Customer requirement understanding and mapping with the project.• HMI (Human Machine Interface) development and Interfacing with PLC.• Programming, Testing and debugging of DELTA PLCs and HMI ,Panasonics servo drive lead shine steeper drive• Connection with transmitter ,sensor ,pneumatic valves and field device.• Preparing Datasheets for Instrument Index and Design Basis in Excel.• Co-ordinate with vendors, client, engineering and project teams to fulfill Project requirements and accomplish successful execution of Projects
