Joined the group in 2008. Was instrumental in transforming a small lab business into a national consumer brand. Led the entire marketing and business initiatives across 450 cities. Acknowledged for shifting the paradigm in diagnostics industry from Illness to Wellness. Sales and Brand valuations grew around 6 times in his tenure. Sales went up from around (90 cr.) in 2008 to around ( 550 cr.) by 2014. Retail sales (walk-ins) business grew from around 10-15% before his joining to around 40-45% during his tenure. In 2011, he was promoted as a CMO, next to Chairman and the CEO. He was hosted in many conferences and in top business schools for his brand building story of Dr. Lal PathLabs. He also received the 'Brand Innovator in India' (Healthcare ) award in 2010, 'Retail Leadership' award in 2012, 'Marketing Hall of Fame' award in 2013 and many more awards during his 6 years tenure at Dr. Lal PathLabs. Today, Dr. Lal PathLabs is a USD 1 billion+ valuation business - the biggest and the largest diagnostics company in Asia.

Was directly responsible and instrumental in launching and building the brand -Windshield Experts in India. Was part of company's top management team. As a founder Head-Marketing, he was directly responsible in launching this brand from a single city and then scaling up the business, achieving strategic alliances, growing the retail network, building the brand pan India and achieving business success in terms of top-line growth. This brand that started as an entrepreneurial venture from a single city grew on to become a very successful pan India business and a market leader in the automotive retail space in India. This novel business model and the Windshield Experts success story came in BBC and Economic times. He received 4 promotions in his tenure of 8 years.
