Currently serving as Director of Biotech Business Development at Luna Labs, an organization dedicated to generating solutions in biotech, advanced materials, and systems to save time, money, and lives. Prior to joining the Luna team, I served as Scientific Advisor to Access2Bone, a biotech startup in the spine and orthopaedics space, and prior to that as Senior Manager of Technology at Integra Life Sciences, managing Product Development, identifying and advancing business opportunities, monitoring and reporting on emerging technology, and advancing strategies for product launch and clinical adoption. Utilizing a strong ability to build and manage cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs was integral to the launch of multiple bone grafting technologies starting in 2001. In the following years, experience in this space led to the conceptualization, development, and launch of Accell Evo3, a DBM-based bone graft designed to repair and regenerate bone for spinal and orthopaedic applications. To date, the Accell Evo3 line of products remains the market leader in the DBM orthobiologics space and is approaching $1 billion in sales at the close of 2022. Driving clinical adoption and product revenues of portfolio technologies was a result of successfully analyzing and predicting market trends, identifying and developing partnerships, and developing business and strategic marketing strategy. Ultimately, I am dedicated to improving patient lives by developing and bringing to clinic breakthrough technologies in the life sciences.
