Many of us don't know what we really want. We always don't end up doing the work that expresses our innermost desires. As far as we get pay cheques at the end of month we call ourselves content and give little thought to job satisfaction. Under the guise of earning money I refused to acknowledge even to myself that, I was not happy with my work and was terrified of change of job or field because of fear that I might end up losing what I have in hand. In the context of the same I wanted to make transition. I thought it would be smooth enough however, on the contrary it was not so. Because the target to clear requisite professional educational qualification was by December, 2017 and I managed to get things done by December, 2019. In the pursuit of my goal I quit my job which was related to Information Technology way back in November, 2018 and joined a firm in July, 2019 to undergo management training. Thereby, I managed to concentrate on my professional studies and get relevant experience for membership number from our institute ICSI ( Institute of Company Secretaries of India ). I must say that till date I have acquired relevant knowledge and requisite skills to apply in the particular corporate sector. I have learnt various aspects of the Company law.
