Food & Beverage operations for concessions:-Managing high frequency takeaway outlet ensuring preparation and availability of menu items, in house products and other fast selling items. Projection and programming:-movie Content check reports, censor certification and its guidelines, commercials schedule for branding and promotions. Business Development penetrating existing market and gaining new customers. Relationship management:-identifying and retaining high end customers, preparing guest history and customer database, loyalty programs for retreating business. Marketing and promotional activities:-displays promotional activities, distribution of marketing material and feedback to ensure full worth of client's promotional activity.
