CurrentNorma (India) limited along with its associate companies is the largest manufacturer and exporter of Carbon Steel Forged Flanges in India with an in-house manufacturing capability from all sizes from 1/2" to 48". We have three factories in and around New Delhi, India where we manufacture all these sizes. Besides number of small Drop Hammers, other forging equipment includes Polish Hammers MPM10000B, MPM16000B, MPM25000B and a brand new Beche DG50h Hammer from Schuller, Germany. Our speciality is Carbon Steel A105, A350LF2 and high yield materials.We manufacture all kind of forgings including Weldneck, Slipons and Blinds as per ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47.Weight range starts from 0.5 kgs to 3000 kgs. Closed Die range upto 600 kgs. Size range 1/2"-150# SORF to 48"-600# BLRF. Pre-heating is done by electricity for smaller sizes (upto 30 kgs) and natural gas for larger sizes.Forging Equipment includes number of small Drop Hammers, other forging equipment includes Polish Hammers MPM10000B, MPM16000B, MPM25000B and a brand new Beche DG50h Hammer from Schuller, Germany. We also have a Wagner Ring Roller 80/30.Heat Treatment facility for normalizing and quenching for all sizes that we manufacture.All flanges upto 24"-150# are machined on CNC turning lathes. Bigger sizes are machined on conventional lathes.All testing facilities are available in house. All our companies are ISO.We are competitive on everything that we manufacture. All our product is manufactured In-House and there is no sub contracting.
