CR4.• Practice and ensure robust planning & execution processes like DWM, CCAR methodology, annual processes like PDCA, business processes like PCDS, and Knowledge management• Shop layouts preparation, Design & development of assembly processes, Finalization & development of fixtures, tooling - Planning, Procurement trial & Installation & Proving etc.• Ensure process engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet KPI in terms of cost, quality delivery targets.• Drive innovative ideas, Low cost automation to optimize the process & cost, implement to ensuring optimum utilization of the resources.• Defect resolution using Quality tools 7 QC tools along with advance problem solving technique like ‘8D’. Works for implementing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing Techniques (5S, TPM, Kaizen & Poka yoke in Assembly and testing Line).• Station Readiness for Nexon & Altroz product line. Review BITS resolution and Process Failure resolutions through PFMEA, Process Planning• IPR generation by Kaizens in process & material handling. New product introduction Nexon BS6, Altroz BS6 and Tiago.• Test Plan preparation, Test Summary Sheet, Test report, issue logging in MINT for timely new product introduction and Engineering Sign off (ESO) completion as per Design Validation Plan (DVP).• Record & maintain data in the form of reports• In depth knowledge in Automotive Component and systems, Good analytical, logical and Problem solving skills• Report preparation & feedback to the respective project /Design groupEngine testing and Troubleshooting. Co-ordination with Project team and designer for closure of the issues highlighted in validation and development tests.• ICR idea generation, Time management for Validation completion.

Line balancing for smooth operation & through output.• Solving production related problems by Why-Why analysis & doing PDCA for the same to find out the permanent counter measure.• Train the new operator for Safety, Quality, Process , Production 5S on GEMBA• Prepare Work Instruction for each station which includes Safety Instruction, SOP, Start of Shift Procedure, MIS, MCO, Quality Alert, Process Reaction, Inspection Sheet & Training record.• Participating in STOP SCRAP discussions & suggesting improvements for reducing scrap.• Production related SAP Activities.• Take corrective action on Non Conformances by using PDCA, SPC and CAPA and 7 QC Tools.• Drive a culture of safety in the organization by leading safety programs and driving strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
