• Jan 2008-July 2011: IP Legal Services:I started this process at our India office. The main purpose of the role is to conduct legal research based on different deadline of Patent, Trademarks and Designs for the IP Legal.
• To receive instructions from IP Legal Services regarding various IP law changes from different jurisdiction around the world.
• Perform detailed Legal Research on IP deadlines (Patent, Trademarks and Designs) work by using different IP web sites.
• To develop an in-depth understanding of the Law Update Service and implement the amended laws of Patent, Trademark and Designs in the system.
• To test the software for the implementation of law changes. The testing changes made internally or provided by other parts of the business.
• To ensure that the program of testing enables identification of errors in the law setting process.
