JPM is a manufacturer & exporter of Industrial Garments from India. In January 2013 it started its operation from Bangladesh and I was appointed as as Branch manager cum coordinator in the Dhaka office. I have to handle the Import / Export procedure, its documentation, Production & Coordinating with Kolkata etc.My role as Branch Manager involved:* Setting up office as per compliance with the Law of Land.* Handle all Import and Export documentation and statutory compliances.* Preparation of monthly accounts and forwarding the same to the head office.* Review of daily production report / inspection report and reporting the same to the head office.* Assignment planning and preparation of production schedule in association with Factory managers.*Coordinating with our clients for understanding their requirements and suggesting them most viable solution.
