I am highly passionate professional with 10+ years of experience in Paint Production & Packing Operations, Process Improvements, Maintenance & Operations, Quality improvement. Presently, I am working with MYK Arment private limited (Hyderabad) as Production officer. I have completed M.Sc. from Andhra University. I am proficient in Safety & Environment, Scrap Disposal and also Implementation of Safety systems towards Achieving Zero accidents and EI’s. I can easily improve production process operations, optimize resource & capacity utilization, escalate productivity and operational efficiencies. I possess expertise in setting a budget, assigning job duties, determining equipment and supplies required, and building a production schedule. I have deep knowledge of developing and directing quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. I am an enterprising leader with excellent workplace communication, negotiation, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. I have worked on various projects like disposal process streamlining of Eco paints with 100% compliance to LEAD declaration, 50% Reduction in packing line setting time etc. Also, I did tranings in ISO 9000 & 14000 awareness and implementation, 5S Implementation, SAP R/3 on PP modules and Manpower handling including case studies. My achievement includes a key role in the successful implementation of Settlement norms, receiving of two SHABASH award for the contribution in achieving highest ever production & Gemba Kaizen and success in updating & Maintenance of Quality & Production related documents and many other.
