I am a Senior Engineer at NRB Bearings Limited, where I apply my metallurgy expertise and skills to ensure the quality and production of heat-treated products. I have been working in this domain for over five years, with various types of materials, processes, and equipment. My achievements include performing microscopic analysis, hardness testing, bend testing, tensile testing, and shear testing of materials before and after heat treatment, validating hardening and tempering furnaces as per CQI9 and preparing its documents, preparing and compiling IATF16949 and EHS documents, and using NDT (Eddy Current Hardness sorting machine) to detect defects and anomalies. I have a strong passion for metallurgical engineering, which I pursued at GIET GUNUPUR, where I obtained my B. TECHNOLOGY degree in 2018. I also have a diploma in metallurgical engineering from P.K.A.I.E.T, BARGARH, which I completed in 2012. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals in my field. My goal is to contribute to the innovation and excellence of NRB Bearings and the metallurgical industry.
