I have been a constant learner in the last 2 decades and with each passing project, client or company I have been introduced to the unknown be it in form of a domain, technology, service or geography. In these years my hats and tags have included Graphics Designer, Project Manager, Delivery Head, Account Manager, Business Development, Learning Consultant, Entrepreneur and these tags I’m sure will continue given my curiosity to learn and work.I love to communicate and connect with people they could be my clients, peers, or subordinates. In the last 24 years of my working career, some of the skills that I have developed include Client, Team, Business & Delivery Management. Account Management now remains to be my key focus including revenue generation and profitability. I have always kept people at the core of any service. Investment in people/skill development forms the base for any successful long lasting businesses and over the years till today this remains to be one of my main focus areas. Teams makes a project, a project makes a client, and a client makes for a happy growing account that serves not just the team but also the business. India has always been my work base but I have also traveled to the following Countries for work: France, USA, UK, UAE, Ireland, Korea, Cambodia, Singapore, Mauritius, Turkey and Hongkong. In Expleo my role involves heading the India team of approx 200+ people in delivery/account management for all QA, QE and development services for all banking and financial services. We are part of our client's digital transformation journey and we integrate with them across different business processes as part of this journey.Aside my professional set up, I'm also writing a book titled “Memoirs of my Surreal Life” the thought behind this book is simple, my next generation should know how exciting my life was.
