Job Profile: - Testing, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance.  Knowledge of P&ID (piping and instrumentation drawing) and Electrical Drawings. I/O testing and test of the direction of rotation for factory acceptance test (FAT). Calibration of load cells. Termination of power & control cables on the systems as well as on the field. Responsible for cable tray and cable laying as per cable schedule. Responsible for laying of communication cable (Ethernet and Profibus cables). Knowledge of installation of repeater for Profibus. Responsible for material management and project documentation activities. Responsible for all Process related activities involved at control room. Plan organize & work with the project team and provide feedback to the internal project organization regarding the progress of work Installation of Dosing screw, Vibrating bottom, Weighing scales, Cartridge filters, Vacuum pumps, Pressure blowers, docking stations etc. Installation of Diverter valves, Non return valves, Level sensor, Position sensors, Transmitters (temperature + pressure). Knowledge of Thermocouple and Rtd’s. Carry out technical checks throughout all project execution phases.  Working background in PLC, control circuit wiring and HMI’s. Work with Sales, Engineering and/or Manufacturing regarding field requests. To coordinate with Spare Parts accurately to meet the costumer requirements.
