Providing Pre-sales and Post-sales support to Emerson integrate solution team for programming.7. Product education and advice to internal team members, distributor, OEMS, Contractors, End users etc8. Engaged with various supplier to implement IOT on Emerson Dixell products.

1. Programming and configuration of building control systems (AHU, FCU, CHWS, HWS, VAV etc.) as defined by the contract documents. Develops and tests software programs by using CCT and SCT tools for Global customers.2. Hands on experience on Johnson controls tools called Metasys. 3. Assists in commissioning of all system. Assists in validation of complete system functionality andtroubleshoots problems to ensure proper operation.4. Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.5. Keeps management and contractors, or customer informed of job progress and issues.6. Participates in release meeting with project field team. Performs value engineering to provide cost effective results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

1. Hands on experience on execution automation project in industrial Refrigeration and HVAC.2. Responsible for installation, commissioning, programming and testing of Industrial Refrigeration, FoodProcessing, HVAC & BMS control system (PLC -Emerson Dixell (IPG108D, IPG115D, IPEX106D, IPEX125D),Regin (EXOFLEX, EXO COMPACT series), Allen Bradley, HMI-Emerson Dixell, Regin, Fuji Electric. SCADAand BMS- Emerson Dixell XWEB, Regin (EXO4), Wonderware indusoft, crystal report configuration. ACDRIVE- Fuji Electric Make.)3. Third party integration through PLC, HMI, SCADA, Energy Meter and BMS System for Soft Starter, Core Sense Moduleof Compressor, Drives, Energy Meters Reading etc.4. Assists in performing site-specific training for End user/Operator on control system.5. Preparation of Wiring diagram, Control network Architecture and documentation of BMS projects.
